Most conversations about artificial intelligence focus on technology: the tools, the platforms, and the possibilities. My work focuses on the human systems that determine whether AI investments actually create value. Organizations do not transform because they adopt new technologies, they transform when leaders and employees develop the capabilities needed to work differently to make better decisions, adapt to change, critically evaluate information, and use new tools responsibly.

With a PhD in Leadership and Administration (Organizational Behaviour/change management) and a masters in adult education, I bring a research-informed perspective to the challenges organizations face as AI reshapes work. My focus is not on building AI applications or automating processes, my focus is on helping organizations understand and develop the human and organizational capabilities required to work effectively with large language models and generative AI. This includes helping leaders and teams explore:
