I help leaders, teams, and individuals navigate complex transitions, professional or personal where uncertainty, change, and high-stakes decisions collide.

I provide the space, perspective, and guidance to turn ambiguity into clarity, shared understanding, and practical next steps. Much of my work lives in the “in-between”: aligning perspectives, surfacing hidden risks, framing decisions, and supporting people as they move forward with confidence.

I call this “holding the map across transitions.” Whether guiding organizations through disruptive change or supporting individuals navigating career or life transitions, my goal is the same: to help you pause, reflect, and take action with clarity.

I bring extensive corporate experience, having worked with leaders, boards, and cross-functional teams on high-stakes decisions, strategic alignment, and organizational change. I understand the pressures organizations face when strategy, governance, and technology collide, and I help teams move from fragmentation to shared understanding and action.

I’ve also navigated my own transitions including the loss of loved ones, career setbacks and layoffs, relocating for opportunities that didn’t turn out as planned, and adjusting to an empty nest and living away from family and friends. These experiences give me first-hand insight into the uncertainty and stress that accompany major change, and inform the compassionate, practical approach I bring to my clients.

With a background in organizational behaviour, leadership, and administration, I work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and human dynamics. I also design bespoke transition experiences on Vancouver Island for individuals, offering space to step back, gain clarity, and plan next steps thoughtfully.
